Waited over 30 mins on hold. Person on the phone was extremely rude. This was all after having to wait hours for them to have staff that wanted to to a covid test.

I had a great experience here! The staff was great and Jennifer really made me feel at ease for testing and going over pros and cons of BC options so I can make an educated decision. I was very pleased with my experience and will highly recommend to anyone.

Went in for my first COVID-19 vaccination and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very cordial and was handling the crowd very professionally. The process of checking in, filling out a short form, getting vaccinated and waiting for 15 minutes to check for side effects went better than anticipated. Thanks for being professional and polite!

I came in for an annual appointment at 3:15 I came in at least 10 minutes early. I got back pretty fast and had to pee in a cup. After I did that I sat in the room by myself for almost 40 minutes while hearing other people go in and out that came in after me. I walked out of the room I was in and asked if someone was going to come see me or what the deal was. When the nurse practitioner came back I’m not sure what her name is but she’s older grey hair at like her shoulders and rotting front teeth. She has said something about my weight because I’m skinner when I had went in a time before she had said something like “do you even eat?” And my mom had also been in before for birth control annual appointments also and she told my mom to “watch what she puts in her mouth” my mom is not bigger in any way and just for a nurse practitioner to say something like that when they are supposed to make you feel comfortable in that environment. It was really unprofessional and this isn’t the first time me and my mom both have had bad experiences with her. The nurses are always nice and the front desk ladies. That nurse practitioner needs to be fired though it is definitely not the job for her.
