Had a 10:00am appointment for tuberculosis evaluation and blood test. Was there for 3 hours and they were not busy. Wait time didn’t bother me so much as staff were polite and courteous but I noticed too many walking around with nothing to do. Others sitting and chatting with others. Just weird.

I've called all day. There lunch is from 12-1pm it's 1:58pm and I've called 4 times within the hour and no one answers. The Community Care Center never answers the phone and when it does you can't even go in the same day. The wait time is 1+ hour(s) even with an appointment. The only good thing is that they offer a sliding fee discount that makes it affordable if your low income to get tested. There long wait times + shortage on staff + lack of patient care is mind blowing I wish you could call and complain to someone!

On 06/21 I accidentally parked here because I am new to town and Texas tech. The security guard that came up to talk to me at 11am was rude, classless, and incredibly abrasive. She was threatening to tow me and took unauthorized pictures of my car. This experience was horrible and laughable, and I hope your department hires better employees in the future. You are a security guard, get over your power trip. You literally can't issue a parking ticket. I could tow you too if I wanted to. It doesn't matter what is happening at home for you that has made you into this unpleasant person, but you don't get to treat people like this. What's interesting is that there's no master sign at this parking lot that doesnt allow non-employees to park, which I double checked before I parked.

I went to the health and human services twice these past two weeks that's on El paso dr. and In a few words one of the ladies that work in front was extremely rude and unprofessional. Yelling at customers who are next in line giving attitude when walking up to the window, not helpful with any the paperwork if you had any questions. She just seems like she really hates her job. I didn't catch hername but she has black hair usually wears it in a bun to the side with harsh eyebrows and red lipstick. Just a heads up of anyone does go to that location
