They don't have crap to offer help to anyone with emergency housing unless you want to stay at shelter with people that steal your things and have bed bugs

Great place, beautiful little city. Just wish more companies for better economy, maybe would help to lower cost across the board to have affordable housing. Besides that, lots of little shops and pretty damn good restaurants!!!

Can someone from here explain what would make me want to move here and pay taxes to this town as a prospective homeowner?

It's a great place to conduct city business. The building is historic, and houses a beautiful opera house that has been restored to its former glory. The staff is friendly, and helpful.
