If I could give a 0 I would they do not care about your health unless you have insurance. I came there bc I had pain in my leg and side and can barely move sometimes and they said I had a stomach problem like what.eithher incompetent or just don't care.my pain has gotten 10 times worste because the refuse to treat me and just say they can't do anything bc I don't have insurance I am in contact with a lawyer and will be sueing this horrible hospital for medical malpractice and pain and suffering. Just because I don't have insurance doesn't mean you don't have to help me

Unnecessarily rude staff and receptionist who can’t even give proper directions to the lab! Can’t believe they got such a nice looking hospital for the amount of ugly behaviors coming from their staff

I was admitted to the psychiatric hospital wing in March and long story short, this place saved my life. I was in a really bad place and had the wrong medication prescribed to me, it was so bad I went to the ER because I was thinking about hurting myself. Spencer is 5 hours away from where I live and I was terrified of going that far but I believe it was where I was meant to go. The nurses were AMAZING, the groups were extremely helpful and supportive, and the psychiatrist was kind and understanding. I was there for 4 days and felt completely safe and comfortable there. Never once did I feel judged. To the staff that took care of me, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Ran into a few issues with patients, but the initial walk in was very welcoming. Not sure why doc had a chainsaw though?

How is this hospital in business. After being knocked unconscious and cut up, Doctor said muscle spasms. No advise on treatment or medications. They were rude and I wrote on discharge papers. Worst care and unstable nurse threatened to call police for telling the truth. I was actually telling the truth. Who treats a head trauma as a muscle spasm.
