I went in first without an appointment and coming from another state, which basically means I was stupid to how it worked. The two ladies up front were busy as all get out, but I never felt rushed thru the processes and they were so very helpful and patient.

Judy was an amazing, caring, and informative nurse. She did a great job with patient care. She made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on.

Every time I come in I’m always standing and twiddling my thumbs for 10 plus minutes because no one wants to check me in. I made an 8 am appointment so I would have plenty of time before work. I walk in right when they open the doors. I’m standing here for 15 minutes playing with my keys so someone knows I’m here. They are all in the back the whole time laughing and carrying on. 8:15 I finally get checked in. Late because they didn’t wanna start their day yet. This happens every single time I’m here. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I am the only one here and I shouldn’t have to clear a whole day just because they don’t wanna get started in the morning.

Very professional and friendly people. Treat everyone respectfully. I get my flu shots here and every visit is pleasant experience. Ms Tammy, who gave us a flu shot was really caring, amazing and so polite. Even when I called to inquire about flu shots, I was felt welcome and answered very politely over the phone. Exceptional service by everyone including the lady at the front desk, who got us registered and completed paperwork quickly. People don’t like getting shots. It makes some people anxious, but Ms Tammy made it so smooth and painless that we didn’t feel at all. An awesome and clean facility with great people unlike typical government facility.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!! They won't tell you the price of ANYTHING IN ADVANCE when you want to pay FULL PRICE CASH PAYMENT and say they'll send you a bill in the mail whenever they figure out whatever they want to charge you AFTER your appointment has happened.
