I have misdemeanors on my record eligible for expungement, it's been 10 years. However after looking online and visiting the court house I still don't have an expungement application. The women said to get an application from Mahoning county. I cannot believe these people use taxpayer money . The only other option is to hire an attorney for hundreds of dollars.

My wife was called for jury duty today.....there were no covid protocols in place with exception of a paper given after entering the building advising on declaring if you had covid symptoms. No social distancing ....crammed into small court room. No enforcement of mask wearing. Just be aware if you are called for jury duty not one worker at this court house wears a mask despite current increase in covid cases and concerns over new variants ....they say it is discretionary.

Spouse completed probation requirements not once but twice and even went beyond the requirements. Was on 2 years intensive probation charged $ for being on it, probation officer checked on him 0 times. He deserved NCR from the begining, I had photo and other evidence but prosecutor refused to even look at it. Had him sign plea bargain while in severe brain psychosis and defender was on vacation the fill in didn't even speak to me his wife. didn't even comprehend what he was signing. Is even more to this. This place is AWFUL! Had to give a star only did so could write this. They deserve 0 stars!

Wow, Yeah hay fun fact to share with folk's that know me and know that I live in Lisbon well I live in the back side of the house where the Barber shop is on West Washington Street just behind the Big Courthouse, and I can look at my window and see the building every day and another fun thing about where I live at, believe it or not most people don't know that the building I live in has 3 three different addresses for it and they are all 118 West Washington St, what makes all of the home dweller's mail different is the apartment #'s and that's all. The Barber shop 💈 is on the St and it's main door faces and opens to that street so it is considered to be the main address and door way for our building.. & then so on like After that it's apart, #A and then finally appt #B Ok well I thought I'd just share that little bit of information and maybe help someone that's a younger person and doesn't know about that type of things and hów a building gets the multiple addresses in the same property building.
