Tried to get my vehicle registered - they were absolutely trash at answering any questions I had as to issues I had. I also called prior to ask how long it would take to get a registration by mail and they lectured me on "how it would be past the registration date"... I understand that it's due in June (i.e. why I tried paying now); I asked you how long it would take to get to me via mail. Next time be more polite.

Best experience in a long time dealing with my vehicle registrations. Sandy was extremely helpful and courteous. I was renewing 1 plate that expired back in February (stored vehicle) and transferring 2 other plates for vehicles that were bought and sold. 2 plates were veteran vanity plates. Sandy handled everything, including calling the DMV to work out an issue. One stop shopping and done in 20 mins! Awesome 👌
