I came to this clinic for 9am appointment. After 45 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, the nurse finally called my name to draw the blood sample. Why do you make appointments for the patients, if you can't keep up with the schedule? 45 minutes of waiting. What a joke!

They should have more flexible hours start earlier certain days as many of us work fulltime and cant take that much time off. I had to take 2 morning one to see nurse one day. and another day to see Doctor that is very inconvenient. should be done same day if possible. but I'm glad they are open Thursday a little later.

Worse experience ever !!! I just call the health department and who ever answer was so rude a lot of people are so lucky to get a job with the state, And this lady want to make money for free , My concern was a lead detected in the water from the village where I leave, I call first the Environmental protection agency and they refers me to the health department, could be a mistake from the environmental agency the they referred me to the healthdepartment, I had so many questions and the lady who answered refused to give me her name, because she new the she didn't want to do her job To the one lady who answered the call about lead in the water this message is for you : if you fill the you was force to work and answered the phone with people questions : You signed a job application stating that you want to work and do a job and if you don't like your job and to talk to people and answered questions stays home and let someone else do the job , and next time be kind if people call to your department by mistake at list pretend to be nice and refers them to a place where they can get the help the they need today is 10/21/2025 and I just call at 12 :55 or 13: 00 I hope the you have a supervisor and they able to read this review and the one star is just to provide my review you don't deserve not even the one .
