Was pulled over and told I was driving 102 !??!!? The officer was very condescending, said that it was “his choice” to put I was going that fast so then I was charged for reckless driving as well. I entered a plea deal due to not being able to make it to court and they took off the reckless driving charge and put it as “defective equipment.” This county is solely out for money and do not care how they will get it.

I can't remember the office that pulled me over, because I can't read his name, but he was very polite. When he approached the car he had a very inviting tone, he was not intimidating, he was not forceful. He was kind and polite. Giving all that had occurred recently between cops and civilians, I can honestly say, my family wasn't afraid or intimidated, and we didn't make him uncomfortable either. I wish more officers approached situations as he did. We were blessed to get an officer like him. I really wish I knew his name. Please don't get pulled over, but if you do, in Cook county, hopefully the officers are like the one that pulled me over. ~Brittany Neely (please share this with him, if you all read this)

I'm concerned about the policing practices in this area, particularly the officer stationed above the bridge who frequently pulls people over. A more efficient system is needed to address traffic issues. Moreover, I worry about the impact on individuals who are not local or lack transportation. As someone who has been wrongly accused and must repeatedly travel for court appearances, I find it excessively burdensome. The requirement to return multiple times, potentially leading to a trial, is unreasonable. I'm not guilty, yet l'm forced to incur unnecessary expenses and time commitments. A more streamlined and considerate approach is The requirement to return multiple times, potentially leading to a trial, is unreasonable. I'm not guilty, yet I'm forced to incur unnecessary expenses and time commitments. A more streamlined and considerate approach is necessary to ensure justice is served without unduly penalizing innocent individuals." I am extremely dissatisfied with the Cook County Courthouse. The policies and practices within the courthouse appear to be unjust and corrupt. Specifically, the restrictions on personal items, such as purses and cell phones, seem excessive. Furthermore, the staff's behavior is unacceptable. The individuals answering the phones are consistently rude and disrespectful, failing to provide adequate assistance or information. The lack of professionalism and fairness within the courthouse is alarming and deserves attention."

I’ve dealt with the Probate Court office on the phone and in person, both ways the staff was helpful, professional, and courteous. Keep in mind that everything in that office is strictly regulated by the law. Things are done a certain way to comply with the law. If things don’t work out to suit you, it’s not the fault of the staff, it’s the law.

I feel that I was targeted and abused by the officer not only for the amount to pay for the ticket but for he lying by writing that lanes were clear and dry when it was actually a rainy cloudy day around 830pm..... why they are forcing me to go to court when he know I do t live in Georgia? If they want that much money I just can pay online and get over........now I had to return to ageorgia Im even afraid of driving there again......I was forced to pass by georgia coming from alabama to tampa.......I wish we all can put together all the claims and report it to the state or somewhere that can follow a better way of practice justice..... I have a clean record in florida. I don't do drugs , good background and great credit score. But now I feel I'm being targeted just for being Hispanic, I could not process properly that night just thinking officers would force me to get out of the car just like its going around many places already........ I DESERVE A WARNING! NOT A TRAFFIC CITATION WITH PRESENCE IN COURT
