They stopped my food stamps on a Saturday. The following Monday I get a letter telling me they want more information. The very same information I gave them the month before. I tried calling my case worker and got no answer and her voice mail was full. I tried calling her manager and got no answer but was able to leave a message. I don't expect a call back. The letter I received was dated 7/11/23. I received the letter 7/17/23. They give me to 7/21/23 to get the information that they already have. I don't understand why they can't get it together or at least answer the phone.
