Patty is one of the most rudest people I've ever dealt with over the phone at the clerk of courts. Try to talk about something and she always wants to interrupt talk down on you like you're some little person that doesn't know anything. She's mostly is so rude. Telling me I need to go get an attorney to do this and all that but they can't answer simple question about marriage. On I don't understand why she has to be so rude. I mentioned something about not seeing loved ones that distances you know and she says well don't tell me about not being able to see loved ones I have done the same thing. Well we're not there to talk about her. We're to talk about a service that the courts provide for the people and marriage. She is the most rudest person I've ever dealt with. After reading the other reviews of others dealing with her. I don't want to ever do anything in Crawford County ever again at the clerk of courts. Especially with Patty the supervisor. What a very disrespectful and rude person.

Brittany was snarky and rude. I called about my marriage license that we applied for on Monday. I wanted to make sure it was ready since they said it would take three days. She gave me attitude and said they print them the same day. I explained again that we applied on Monday and were told to wait three days. Her reply was “well, it’s been three days so it should be ready”. When I get there I give her my name and say I’m here to pick up my marriage license. She says “ok, well is it ready?” Some other lady came up and pointed to the stack of licenses on the table in front of us and I was able to pick it up. Go somewhere else, don’t waste time applying for marriage in Meadville. None of the judges in town will marry people anyways.
