An incredible experience! While calling the CCounty Planning and Zoning from out of state, I learned that the person I needed to speak to was out of office for training. The reception (live person - impressive) took my info plus sent me to (Katie's) voice mail. Next thing I know, I get a call back within the hour from Katie who stepped out on break in order to speak with me. Very thorough conversation. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Incredible from first call to Prineville City Office, who didn't just say "wrong number" to me, he actually heard me out, figured out where best suited my call needed to be, then got me to Crook Cty. Office. And Prineville Chamber actually engages with my FB follows and questions. This country needs more Crook Counties! I can't wait to call Prineville, Crook County and Oregon - home again- soon.

The folks at this office are absolute treasures. They are super friendly and helpful. The customer service provided by this department should be a model to the rest of the county/country’s government agencies. The knowledge held by each member regarding codes and processes is absolutely staggering. Also there’s a dog named Fuzz and he’s adorable.

I've never had that level of service and knowledge from any business - private or government. I'd like to do 10 stars here!! All I can say is those folks are truly a breath of fresh air and they addressed every single question, concern and did not hesitate to simply tell me, "it's okay" things look good!! I'm very excited to work with them in the future on my new build...and yes, healthy for everyone to have one of our furry friends wondering around.
