Everyone was very helpful and patient with me . I had no idea what I was doing. I left with what I needed and got my questions answered!

Today I was treated very disrespectfully while trying to get a septic and building permit. Though I had filled the paperwork out to my best ability ahead of time as requested, I had a few missing pieces I needed help with. (Info the county has on file) When I asked for information I was told i should've "done my homework" and sent away to figure it out myself. It wouldn't hurt to be nicer to people who are paying alot of money for permits.

I had a difficult summer with many property issues happening all @ once. I found the staff @ land service's to be amazing. Every dept. I had literally needed to inquire direction from. They all were very patient & treated me Respectfully. Even though I was dealing with much anxiety over property concerns. The Director Gary Griffin is very hands on & notably "Chipper" with everyone.

Nice building, spacious, well lit, clean. The campus layout is a bit layered. You can definitely tell they've added as they go like many counties. It's a good thing they have a map and directory.
