They want you to call to make an appointment when the office is completely empty but they take forever to answer the phone….. I see why they don’t get good reviews…. And service is bad no manners no respect… if you not happy with your job then just say that but don’t take out on people who just want to get help …

I know there are probably a ton of Jennifers but the Jennifer i spoke to was so sweet and kind to me and i really appreciated it especially because i was feeling really anxious and upset. she was very reassuring and soft spoken which is what i needed in the moment. she was transparent and clear and helpful. Whoever she is thank you.

My experience was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic discretion and organization. Front desk representatives were engaged in personal phone conversations before assisting customers, and one representative repeated my private information aloud including my name, address, phone number, and reason for my visit demonstrating a complete disregard for client confidentiality and self awareness. This was humiliating and deeply inappropriate. While the physician was courteous and professional once I was seen, the conduct at the front desk significantly undermines the overall quality of care. Upper management should URGENTLY address this through stronger quality control, mandatory professionalism training, and clear standards for discretion and customer service to ensure patients are treated with the respect and privacy they deserve. Terrible service, absolutely terrible.

Today I went to a 9:30 appointment. I arrive at 9:28 and was out before 10:30. When I first arrived there were so many people but I didn’t complain. As i sat there waiting I noticed that no one was complaining and the staffs attitudes were amazing. In a lot of government facilities the staff attitudes are usually bad and make you feel like they’re judging you because of your current situation. I give DCHHS a 10 for how quickly they processed everyone and for their professionalism.

I had a great experience getting my TB blood test done today. This was my second visit (I also came last year), and I was happy to be helped by the same staff member again. She was incredibly kind, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The visit was quick and efficient, I was in and out in no time. Definitely one of the best lab experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
