No one here knows how to do a simple job. I literally am on the phone now and basically have to explain to these people how to do THIER JOB. I love living in waukee but after today I don’t want to be in Dallas county. I literally had a intern handle my case and he didn’t know anything… daddies money obviously got him the job. Same goes for the secretaries… learn how to do your job. Period

The system is so corrupt. My trial ended recently in a divorce case. I had proof for everything and taxes and the judge Stacy Ritchie made an order against me. Making me go totally broke where I will barley be able to pay my bills. Being a male and having to fight in the system is true what people talk about. I can’t believe how corrupt the system is and these lawyers and judges that are involved. How is a man suppose to eat? Had proof of how much I make and the judge Stacy still doubled my child support. I can write the whole book on this corruption. I kept every file and soon I will release everything on media. How can you go against legal documents and be on someone’s side that just told lies. The person left me and decided to go with other man and at the end I have to put up with all of this. What a Shame. Just being a male and showing up in court you will loose. Welcome to Iowa justice system. All of this happened at Dallas county Court house. CORRUPTION

I visited the DMV first thing in the morning. Every time I've called or interacted with the staff, they have been extremely helpful and kind. This is the best experience I've had with government employees! Your best bet is to get in early and come prepared with the right forms - in and out in about 15 min.

After making an appointment online, I arrived early and was called back right away. My person was counter 10, she was not your typical County employee, she was friendly, caring and very knowledgeable.
