I called several times before I headed over. When I arrived, I was told that the office was closed for an event. No one told me beforehand that the office was closed, so I wasted a trip. With gas being so expensive, I’m a little bit angry.

Only 2 stars for the quick services. 1 star because the security entering the vital records was rude and took my form from my hand for simply not writing on it 2 inches more to the right of the counter. There was no one else there and no difference from me completing the form on the same counter literally 1 step to my left? Idk why he took my form from me and moved me 2 inches over. Then the lady in the 3rd booth had a display of lollipops and rudely told my 3 year old she couldn’t have one. Never want to have to come back.
