Why do you have people in person working if you can supposedly do everything in the kiosk. But the kiosk is "down" and they don't know why so they said we will have to come back a different day. People work, during the hours of 8-4:30 and some things are time sensitive. I'm sorry— but your job existed before the kiosk was here. Stop being lazy and do your job.
