Debra Showell at the PA State Health Dept Chester was simply wonderful to deal with. She was patient, informative, and short and sweet in the sense that it didn’t take long at all to take care of what was urgently needed. She navigated me to the health.pa.gov website and then a few simple steps later I was submitting my authorization for release of immunization records form as I needed it for an upcoming Dr. appt. Walking me through the process took me a reasonable 15min top and I couldn’t have done it without Debra’s instruction. 5 star rating minimum and PA Government departments please hire and retain more employees like Debra.

I needed the office several times and have met with the Nurse (Dee) who assisted me with bringing my child up to date on vaccinations needed for school. She was very nice and made the experience for me and my child very gentle. She went out of her way to .make us comfortable and delivered shots in a professional manner, everything was free, she was fast, and very friendly. I also dealt with her at the beginning of the COVID outbreak she was knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I feel I can call her when I need assistance with anything about public health
