This is a slanderous attack on Lauren Wickman. This is brought on by Jose Maria "chille" Decastro. He should be held accountable for such lies. He's encouraged others to post false reviews when they don't even live there or know the true stories of what goes on in Delta County. Please refer to all the "activism" and lawsuits Chille Decastro is doing. Ironton, Ohio would be a good example. The whole issue with Tina Slay's dead son and TikTok is another You will understand what he's about and who he is. I do NOT encourage or condone ANY attacks on anyone. Verbal, physical, it doesn't resolve anything. There is an entire YouTube community that opposes Chille Decastro. He has brought together many "first amendment auditors" and others against him. I encourage you all to do your own research on him and his channel, then look at the channels and people opposed to him. It's not about his first amendment or holding cops accountable. It's about him and his ways that people are opposed to.

Lauren Wickman should just resign now and save herself the embarrassment of what’s to come. Felony charges for “First Amendment Activity “ for keeping your police/sheriff’s accountable by video recording them. Lauren, I suggest that you check the supreme court’s decision “Turner vs Driver” to name one case that might clarify your decision to follow through with these charges. As far as cyberstalking goes good luck with that charge “Presswithrancor” did not ask anyone to reach out to you and he certainly didn’t DOX you at anytime. Suggest you take some time and go back to school and actually learn the law.

Showing support for Lauren Wickman. All of the negative reviews was left by minions of Jose Maria Decastro who sent them here to leave all bad reviews. Jose is a disgraced youtuber and he and his followers hate anyone in authority. Jose and his followers are mad because Lauren Wickman did her job and prosecuted someone for committing crimes. The negative reviews were sent here by Jose Maria Decastro aka Delete Lawz.

I give the place three stars. They try, but I feel that if a client pays for a court appointed attorney which is typically $500, and the attorney quits all cases in Delta County, the client is still entitled to a court appointed attorney without being thrown in jail with an incorrect name. I feel that the courts should have informed each client that the court appointed attorney quit; not round all the clients up that paid and throw them in jail and THEN and only THEN reissuing a new attorney. I find that poor practice in law. Communicate, send a letter informing people that the lawyer quit, and invite clients to come down and get a new attorney of course if they don’t yeah issue a warrant. Still it doesn’t take too much time to send out a letter. Glad my case was dismissed though. UPDATE: On Halloween I called over there to see about getting a case out of records and was transferred to probate (which the case was in circuit) and the secretary lady Paula in probate, was so incredibly rude she eventually hung up on me insinuating that my case happened in another county! I have never in all my life been treated so disrespectful by a secretary that works for the State of Michigan! Oh wow all she had to do was transfer the call back to circuit. They’re weird down there and I attribute that to the fumes from the nearby paper mill; what else would cause that kinda of behavior?

There is a metal detector as soon as tou walk in, which is fine and was super easy and quick to get through. The female on duty working that area was extremely kind and very helpful with answering my questions to find my way around the building. The building overall was super clean and quiet as to be expected. Court was running behind though, but these things happen. The prosecutor was late seeing me at her office and because of that I basically got 30 seconds of her time, long enough for her to basically give me her name before she was out the door. The advocate at the prosecutors office acted like she cared and wanted to help me, however shes done nothing during this process to make sure I've been protected and get actual justice. I feel Judge Parks has also failed me and my protection as well. This whole justice system at this court house is majorly flawed. These people aren't here to help anyone or get justice. Not to mention the prosecutor tried giving the woman who killed my uncle a slap on the wrist by suggesting the judge give that woman up to $1500 in fines and/or up to 9 months in jail only. Of course judge Parks agreed so the woman who ran my uncle over with a car got 6 months of jail and $500 in fines only. Flawed system we have here.
