Turned me away because I didn't have an appointment, even though the website doesn't say one is required and I was the only customer in the entire area.

GPS took me to the old address and we completely missed our appointment. 200 W 14th Avenue is the new address. They changed the address in Dec. 2025.

Having to make an appointment when all the clerks are available and no one else is there is beyond ridiculous. Do better Denver.

The staff is rude and lazy. The security is rude and overzealous and automatically treats you like a criminal. You also need to schedule an appointment which the website doesn't tell you. It's just one more example of Denver's corrupt bureaucracy.
