I called today (11/29/22). A lady that said her name was Ivey or Ivory hung up on me. I asked if she could tell me where a nurse practitioner was in office today. She said “good luck with that, and hung up on me. I called backed and ask multiple times for her name. Then I apologized for the miscommunication and repeated my question. She was very rude. I told her I was having a mild emergency and she hung up on me…

I’ve called literally thousands of times since the covid vaccine appointment lines opened back up at 0800 on 2/3. Busy the entire time. Didn’t ring once. Whoever is managing this is either severely incompetent or unfathomably corrupt. Phone Lines are NOT actually open, Appointments are NOT being made. something fishy is going on.

Like several others, I made hundreds of phone calls to schedule a Covid vaccine. Can never get thru. The State of Georgia has failed miserably on the roll-out of the Covid vaccine. If this is truly a state-wide emergency, why isn't public health working extended hours? 12-hour days? 24/7?

Quit trying to contact my wife. First you have called my cell number and were told that she has insurance and we are fully aware of what we have to do as far as the covid vaccine per the VA and CDC. I told you on the phone call that she has never been to the Newnan PHD or the one in our county and we have no need of your service, nor are we going to answer your questions. I told my wife the day you called and she said she wants nothing to do with you and any of your "services". Your letter was received and my wife threw it in the garbage. Now if you attempt to harass us any further we will take legal action. Cease and Desist in any and all attempts to contact us any further. You might want to communicate with the people giving you the 1 star reviews that have asked for, made appointments which according to them you ignored and never kept!!

I got a text message 2 days ago saying covid vaccine appointments would resume being scheduled yesterday morning at 8am. I called about 2 minutes early and got a recording saying there were no appointments available. At 8am I called again. It was busy. I called 417 times yesterday and the number was busy every single time. It's about 10am. I've called over 100 times today. All busy. How in the hell are ANY appointments being made!? I've never wasted so much time on such a fruitless effort. Why does the county have online registration for covid testing, but not for vaccines? I can't imagine who is getting the vaccine and how.....
