Absolutely the worst service in all of Las Cruces. The lady at the birth certificate office is terrible both at her job and with customer service. First off I was turning my application to her I forgot to fill out the city and state she made me get out of line to write that down which took me a total of about 3 seconds. The next lady up did the same thing however she allowed her to fill it in at the front of the line instead of going to back of line like I did. Then it turns out I wasn't on my son's birth certificate for some reason even though I've been there since the moment he was born and before that so I asked her how I could get on the birth certificate she said you'll have to get documentation from Santa Fe I said okay can we start that she said yes then she took my money that was $10 for the birth certificate which I thought was being held so my wife to pick it up since she was on the birth certificate. My wife ends up going down and she's saying that she needs to pay another $10 because I paid for an application for myself. She did not explain at the time I paid her the $10 that it will be mailed to me within a week from Santa Fe I was under the impression I was paying for my hard copy right now so my wife can come and pick it up. On the phone she even admitted that she did not explain what the $10 was for. And after about three minutes of her telling us to just call Santa Fe just call Santa Fe just call Santa Fe she said well give me a minute give me your phone number and I'll see what I can do. So obviously she knows she's in the wrong took about half an hour of talking to her to get her to admit this. Absolutely worst service I might have ever had in my life

We called a week and a half and were given an appointment for today 11/14 @ 1430. We arrived 15min early to find a written note with a marker saying they are close and will be back tomorrow at 8am. This an insult and very unprofessional especially from a government entity.

They do not respect their word as well as not doing their part of the job. I got my appointment days in advanced and got a call the day before to "confirm it". When I showed up to receive my vaccine, after being there for a while filling out the information, and the required paperwork, the nurse simply said, "we do not have it and we do not know when we are getting the refill", and just gave me two options where are going to cost me a good amount of money in order to get them. You should never ever confirm an appointment unless you can provide the service. We all have a life and different things to get done during the day. I wasted a good portion of my morning driving there, wasting gas, time and money for nothing. I have never seen a service like that in my whole life and I have been in third world countries that have a way better service than what I found today. Also, one thing is not knowing where to go once you are in the clinic for the very first time, and the other one is not speaking the language. I was not asking for translation nor interpretation. I have been into this country for a couple of years now and I do speak English very fluently in order to defend myself and get things done. It can be taken very disrespectful changing the language just like that and assuming that I speak Spanish without even asking me or knowing me. Very unprofessional business.

Unhelpful every time I call. Even when I need assistance, y'all just wanna avoid "reading a lengthy script." Why even show up for work??
