Great job, everyone in the office! I don’t think their job quality is only 2 stars average. They definitely provide 5 stars quality service. Whenever I visit the office, everyone is professionally answering questions. Thank you!

Went here to ask about home records. The lady at the clerks office was nice and showed us how to search them on the computer, which is also available online. Sadly, we didn't find out the home address of my grandparents who lived here in the 40's.

I've been here twice about a home birth, birth record. The lady I've encountered twice was rude, both times. Absolutely no help but kept repeating "I've done this before" Yet had no answers to my questions. Won't be visiting here again. 🙄

The woman who works closest to the door for whatever reason has some kind of personal issue with me. She shouldn't be allowed to work with the public discriminating like that. She won't tell you her name and doesn't wear a name tag, when I was working at the funeral home getting death certificates she was always very unpleasant especially the first time I did it when she had to explain what I needed to fill out she gets mad if she has to do anything. Today I wanted to turn in my voter registration that they said I needed to fill out a new one because of the signature, she treated me so bad people in line behind me were apologizing "sorry she's giving you such a hard time" because she was telling me "no I can't help you" while the other employee was helping people with the exact same issues. Then she went with "everyone is on lunch" and when I said I could wait she slammed her desk and finally went and got my ballot. Not once was I asked for ID during this process. People in there also were even admitting their husband's or whoever signed their ballot like someone else signed their ballot, they just had to cross the wrong signature out and then sign theirs they were not asked for ID either. I had to fill out a completely new registration form I've been registered to vote 12 years never had any issues until this election. Her tone with other customers completely changed. When people in line behind me are acknowledging how badly I'm being treated that is unacceptable.
