  Judges are all male, court clerks all female, you can file a complaint about misjudgements but it gets ignored & if u r female they will treat u like ur crazy ect the sexism is disgusting and was reported.

  Juliette is terrible for customer service. He assistance involves her talking over you, cutting you off just so she can pretend she knows so much! All your questions are stupid. She couldn't answer basic generic questions and just kept telling me to get a lawyer. I asked her about self-service links, statutes (ranges, nothing specific) that I could search, and what were the prices to file? Her condescending answer was to get a lawyer. So, being out of state, she got me thinking I couldn't represent myself I'm that state, weird but yeah, right! I mean I didn't even ask her for legal advice. And I would not go to her had I been looking for it at that time! So I hung up with her because she's like talking a wall. I called the automated phone phone service again, this time, to transfer to billing and fees. To my surprise, the same Juliette that was dealing with probate was the same gatekeeper answering the fees line. And when I asked her how much it was to file a motion in probate? She said she didn't know [again!] "Get a lawyer!". So I called lawyers and you know what they said?! That I can represent myself and people have before! This ignorant lady wasted so much of my time. She was completely rude and unhelpful. If you're going to have someone answering for the business in financial obligations, please educate them on what the prices are. And by the chance that the prices are posted and listed in front of her, then please deal with her accordingly. Either way, some people are just better at playing stupid than others. I give it to you; hands down, window clerk, you win.

  I see a lot of ppl complaining you can file a complaint with the OREGON COURT ADMINISTRATOR MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NAME AND THEIR SUPERVISOR.. you should not be disrespected for asking ppl to do their jobs this is ridiculous.. The ladies at the window are extremely rude no one seems to know what their job is or federal law.. they are unaware of the the process of doing anything but DO know you don’t have the paper work you need .. while filing a lawsuit for my rights being neglected I came to the courthouse and had federal law broken and was basically told by the court I need a lawyer to access the courts I’m sure they just was being lazy finding away to not do their job and didn’t realize that response is constitutionally prohibited and federally illegal; it’s highly illegal to tell a citizen looking to access the courts that they can’t access the courts. I’m Very sure they have been working there a long time and that is ridiculous , those ladies are going to get that building investigated. I was also told that my lawsuit would be filed if the clerk “found something worth filing” which is also very illegal .. idk who runs this place but holy cow I never experienced anything like that and only when they were told they were being recorded did the tone coincidentally change . It’s 2025 and it’s just sad .. really sad.

  Highly decorated Disabled veteran went there for help and was turned away in favor of a convicted child predator, nice job judge. Even my kid was shocked at the judge’s rude behavior towards us!!!

  If you can get the clerk with the blonde hair and bang .Monica the clerk attitude is HORRIBLE. at the clerk window.. Everyone has bad days but she is ALWAYS angry. She is waiting to find ANYTHING TO NAG ABOUT. She GOES out of her way to annoy people like a toddler. when you ask questions she gets upset as if she doesn’t work there.. if she is grumpy as she usually is she will purposely take a long time or try to do things to get a reaction; which makes no sense to me ; She makes her OWN JOB HARDER AND TAKE LONGER TO PROVE A POINT. She doesn’t realize it ONLY AFFECTS HER. how does that harm me? You’re making your job harder to spite someone.. MAKES NO SENSE. she is always angry and grumpy . I go In there no matter the time Monica’s got a frown on her face and an attitude waiting.. very aggressive older woman at the clerks window
