I came here because I needed a vaccination. I assumed (wrongly) that the health dept was there to help people. I was told by the RN, I think her name is Bella, that they were out of the public stock of the vaccine I needed, that costs $21, she had to go into the private stock. How are there separate public and private vaccination stocks?? I was charged $178 for this vaccine. $153 for the vaccine, $25 for it being administered. Effingham Co Health Dept, you should be ashamed for charging these prices.

Poor customer service and zero skills with professionalism. I came in to get my son vaccinated and was verbally abused in a lobby when the employee was supposed to have been inputting his information in the system so he can get vaccinated and go back to school. Literally waited 50 min after my appointment was scheduled and I dont understand why.... needs a serious clean up with employee and public support.
