Staff is extremely rude. When I told the women I needed a copy of my birth certificate she belittled me infront of other people because I told her I couldnt do it on my computer or phone. That the site crashed on me. And then pretty much yelling at me the women asked me why I needed a copy so bad... If you don't like working with people, then find a different job.

The office clerk staff was extremely rude to me for no reason. The lady that sits on the left when you walk in gave me attitude the moment we began speaking to each other unprovoked for no reason.

The office clerk was a delight. So unusual compared to every other town office I've had to interact with. The man I spoke to with the building department was also really nice and provided lots of information regarding my issue. It was such a good experience I felt like I had to write this review lol! Thank you for answering my questions with patience and being kind!

So helpful and friendly and was able to transfer a car from another state and get new plates in a few minutes and there were only a few people in line
