I got scammed. I went to get my marriage license for my visa and the lady at the front desk brung me inside the gentleman over charged me. I did not notice until I left and saw the original form was only $50.00 but I paid almost $300.00

So convenient. The gentleman I dealt with was polite and personable. He even gave me additional info for my next step. In and out with my records in 5 minutes. Thank you.

There everything is simple and quick. You don’t need witnesses for marriage, you don’t need appointments. You can just go there and do everything easy, but expensive. I payed there 300$

I reluctantly gave this office one star. I have been trying to get a copy of my birth certificate for one month now. I submitted everything I was told to send and never received any communication from this office until today . They returned my money order and a written note advising me to start over as the person named Deb last day was June 29th! A written note telling me to email my ID. Honestly, what planet does this office function on? I have never dealt with such a rude, incompetent staff. Avoid this office if at all possible.
