They were professional and took great care of me. That was the least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. They were timely and thorough getting insurance information to me.

My elderly, disabled, medically retired and fixed-income mother went to this location for a new full set of teeth, after a tooth broke out from her old set. Initially, she found the business to have the best pricing. She saved money, had her consultation and her first appointment was in June 2025. Her teeth came in October 2025. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. She doesn't like outstanding bills, so during an appointment I attended with her, she paid $2000 and I paid the remaining $488. She was told that was her full payoff balance. Each appointment thereafter, the staff member walking her out would verify with the receptionist that nothing else was needed from her. Then, she received a bill for $1024. She was very upset and confused and called them. Our collective belief when I was with her, was... we paid the account in full. They told her she owed the additional money, apparently a mistake on their part, and they would not accept the payment she could afford but would turn her over to collections if she didn't give them the amount THEY required each month. In looking at the dental service estimate, she didn't sign it. The first employee that did sign it on July 2, appears to have written "mailed to patient" on the patient's line. The $1024 owed is the exact sum of the two "less down payment (estimated lab fee) amounts. Is it a down payment or is it an additional lab fee? Folks, I know businesses make mistakes. However, when you pay off a balance in full in person, according to that business, you shouldn't be receiving a large bill in the mail (which by the way, don't add up to what was paid or even what they say is remaining) and then be threatened if you don't give what you can't when demanded. The business' board should be upset with this location's bully behavior.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful and listen to all my cocerns, the receptionist was so nice and awesome. The Dr. Was one of the best I have been to in a long time was comfortable talking to him and he explained everything to where I could understand felt like I knew what he was telling me. I couldn't have ask for a better visit. Highly recommend.

They lie up front about the cost and payment options! Don’t fall for the scam!! My income qualified me for their sliding fee scale and they set me up on a payment plan of $40 a month and said as long as I never missed a payment it would stay in effect. I am on a fixed income so this seemed perfect. I have never missed a payment and never paid late in 3 years! Out of the blue they call me to say that my payment would change immediately to $147 a month or they would turn me over to collections. They claim it’s their policy but that is not what I was told and it does not say it anywhere in the paperwork that I signed agreeing to $40 a month. I have 6 other Dr offices, hospitals and facilities working with me on payments and this place is the only one that just flat out said they don’t care. Pay or get sued. They can clearly see my monthly income and know I can’t afford it or I wouldn’t be on their sliding fee scale. The dentist was great and I hate to lose her as a caregiver but they’ve left me no choice. Within 2 minutes of hanging up the phone I received an email from them demanding the entire $4400 immediately. Great dentists but horrible management that care nothing about their patients.
