Horrible over the phone service. After waiting for about an hour to resolve an issue about me and my wifes license the lady I spoke to around 1pm Feb 5th was very rude. She was from the board. We were explaining to her the issue and she didnt help at all. Her best way to resolve the issue was to hang up on the phone call in which we waited a long time. I think its time for that lady to look for a new career because she cant get anything resolved except by hanging up on people.

If you looking to have a implant birth control I recommended for you to go the first thing in the morning, otherwise we you not getting it. Doctors don’t like to do any procedure in the afternoon because they want to go home early.. I would never go there again... go to your OBGYN is easy and no extress..

This place is awful. The location on 31st ave in Fort Lauderdale needs a lot of work. The practitioners are unqualified and rush during each appointment. I couldn’t even get a word in concerning MY health, without getting rudely interrupted by a NP who thought they knew more than me. I know my body and I know what is best for me... that’s what’s wrong with people in medicine, they aren’t client centered nor to they allow the client to be apart of important health decisions. On top of having unqualified practitioners, the wait was unbelievable! I waited 5 hours just to be told wait I already knew and receive a cream that I could have gotten over the counter! And apparently my wait was short compared to others who spent half their day there. They are short staffed and this always seems to be the case every time I come here. If you can see a real doctor please do so! It’s just not worth coming here.
