The receptionist needs a new job because apparently she hates this one, she will literally hang up on you with no warning, will not say her name, be rude to you for no reason, the entitlement of this girl is amazing the rest of the staff was nice and polite but someone needs to tell this woman to calm down and help her customers because is LITERALLY her job.

First and last time we bring our son to get his immunizations here. My Wife and I just moved here from Texas with our 4 month old baby and took him in today to get his 4 month vaccines. After reviewing his immunization record when we got home, we noticed that they missed one and we went back so they can give him the vaccine they missed. Worst of all is that we also discovered that they gave him a vaccine that was not supposed to be given until 6 months. My wife mentioned this to the front desk lady and she said it was fine that they can get it done now and not wait until 6 months but then the nurse who performed our son’s vaccinations told my wife that yes she didn’t realize he was 4 months and gave him the vaccine a little early and she also said she was glad we caught the one they missed. But also, how did she not “realize he was 4 months” we went in saying we are here for his 4 month shots and also filled out the paperwork that clearly states his DOB and we even wrote out his age - 4 MONTHS. She obviously doesn’t review Patient information and just performs the vaccines that the front lady desk marks on the paperwork. Also, why in the world is the front desk lady giving out medical information when she is incorrect and is unqualified to give out medical advice/information she is just a receptionist. Even the second nurse we saw when we went back the 2nd time told us that she noticed he received the vaccine that he was not supposed to get until 6 months. She said and I quote “yeah she didn’t know what she was doing” referring to the front desk lady. We don’t know her name but know how she looks like. We are just super upset that our son had to get poked when he didn’t need to and we were extremely worried of the possible side effects there could be for receiving the vaccine 2 months early. We already spoke with his pediatrician and told us that he might just get fever/sick like he would of normally got just with his 4 month vaccinations and that it’s just not recommend for infants under 6 months to get this vaccine. Parents please make sure you ask questions about what vaccinations are getting done to your child and please make sure the CORRECT ones are getting done.
