Had to get copies of my children's birth certificates. It was very easy - went in & filled out the necessary forms, presented ID, paid the fees & was on my way !

Seems they haven't garnered enough chromosomes to learn how to pick up a phone! We shouldn't have to call a thousand times to get a hold of someone.

**Her name was Joyce. Insanely rude and unprofessional. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, but she immidiately had an attitude upon answering the phone. She didn’t even say hello or introduce herself, just “what did you say? What do you want?” It was shocking the way she responded to my inquiry and concerns. Some of them included, “And why can’t you do that yourself?” “Yeah well I’m sure she did.” “Ok and you do that.” I asked to be transferred to someone who could be of more assistance, and she hung up on me. Gross.

I have a question, our landlord is refusing to have the home sprayed for flea infestation, my children are being bit daily we've spent numerous dollars on various household items nothing is working to help the situation the landlord can't seem to rid the wild cat problems in the trailer court which is bringing more and more fleas around the house.. is there something you can do to reach out to Le Chateau Mobile Home Village they are allowing tenants to live in unsuitable/uninhabitable living areas.. thinking legal action at this point if you can't help

They literally don't answer the phone. Don't steal tax dollars for renting a building/ buying property and slapping a fake label on the building if you won't employ people to test well water etc. It's just tax theft at that point. You aren't serving the community in any meaningful way.
