Need a technology update if working for the county… The doctor section does not upload any testing or information to your online chart, you have to ask to see the results & they print it out for you. But only if you ask. They usually will just tell you if something is concerning.

Very kind and patient staff! They all helped us so much when we got our COVID vaccines and boosters. Nurse Mayna was amazing. She was incredibly kind and patient with my 8 year old son who was terrified to get a shot. Thank you so much!!!

I am from Nash County. My wife and I received our first COVID vaccine today. We were in the line less than two hours before out turn. We were impressed with how smooth the service was with everyone involved were focused on getting us through seamlessly. Being a former firefighter and EMT, I know how difficult and stressful it can be to set up and see the operation through. Thank You Franklin County Health Services, Sheriff Department, & other personnel! Everyone was performing in a positive & respectful way.

Felt completely bullied by Dr.Allen and his staff. Was told by Dr.Allen "my nurses would tell you to walk" for simply wanting to stagger my new babies vaccines. So I did just that and walked out and will never go back. Violating a patient and parents right them by making them leave if they don't agree with you is not good practice. He also may be having some cognitive issues because it was him that brought up and suggested staggered vaccines at our one month appointment. Again felt completely violated, pinned in a corner and bullied, glad I was able to stand my ground. Despite Dr.Allen telling me I wouldn't find another pediatrician to take my daughter I did within 10 minutes of leaving his office.

Very pleasant and friendly staff who actually like their careers and who are there to serve Franklin County citizens. My visit was smooth, professional, and quick. My provider gave me new health knowledge and explained my health care in a manner that was easy to understand. My token of feminine and hygiene bag I received was a pleasant parting gift. Thank you County staff keep up the excellent customer service for patrons!
