I called to gain clarification on why payment of my ticket had not been processed (check) and to my surprise they never received it. Then they were mailing my information to the incorrect address. The price of the ticket was also higher online (they don’t even tell you that you can pay online unless you ask nor is it listed anywhere on their site). The clerk had an attitude with me as if I did something to her when I just don’t want to pay an extra $100 on top of what I’m already paying for a petty fine. She had no willingness to work with me or even hear me out for that matter. Got to love our justice system. Am I right?
