Awful experience EVERY time. Hours of wait times, then they move you to other line to wait again. 1 lady that does titles, nobody else. I thought you guys close for training...what are you training them for? It certainly isn't for speed, or efficiancy or knowledge. Get more title help.

The staff is fantastic, when they are open Taking time off of work to drive an hour to the DMV and they are randomly closed for training, it can be a bit irritating.

Incompetence at its finest. They don't even seem to know what's required to title an out of state vehicle. Calling them is a joke. Sometimes rings and rings, sometimes you get a call tree menu, and sometimes you just get a voice mail prompt without a message at all. They'll tell you you need a VIN inspection and then hand you a piece of paper stating that you do not need one if you have proof of ownership. How does having Title, Bill of Sale, and all the original paperwork from the original purpose not meet this requirement? I don't know and neither do they because they still refuse to license the vehicle or provide a temporary. Colorado DMV, if you want your staff to be treated with courtesy and respect (per your stupid message), how about getting some competent employees that can actually help instead of just turning people away who have the required documentation.

The fact that they are not open on Friday is the issue. For people who actually have a job and to not be able to take care of business on Friday, causing people to have to take time off work during the week is stupid. Not quite sure who came up with those hours but like most government thoughts, it is not intended to serve the people.
