We came in Monday morning at 10:30am , we waited for hours just to be put in a room . Some how or way , I rubbed the nurse wrong . We were not greeted with reassurance just hostility from the get go . I questioned the COVID test and she became quite mad . A simple answer would have been alright . I had to Google to get the answer. I'm so sorry she hates her job . We are seniors just wanting help not a attitude.
