I would love to give a 5 star rating because all my previous interactions with staff here have been lovely, however I just called to renew a vehicle registration and when the lady answered the phone she didn't tell me her name but said they couldn't take payment over the phone and I had to go in person. I told her I just did my other vehicle registration over the phone a week ago and she said "no we don't take that payment over the phone" so I hung up and called the office in rifle and they took care of me over the phone. Her voice indicated she just didn't want to be bothered by registering me over the phone.

I had to do multiple vehicle registrations for my company and the clerk, Jessica could not have been more pleasant. She went above and beyond to help make the process as easy as possible. The whole situation was much less stressful because of her. Thank you Jessica!

The worst. I've been blatantly lied to, given conflicting information and been laughed at. They are a joke. Even the manager is less than helpful (promised a phone call back and NOTHING). I've been trying to register a trailer for over a month. I can't go in for an appointment during there 10-noon hours. I've been told I can't drop anything off, then told I can, then told I don't need an appointment because "dropping off paperwork is different that handing in paperwork." It is ridiculous.

I handle vehicle operations for my company in Ohio. We are a national company and, therefore, have vehicles in many states. Anytime I have a need or issue, I have had nothing but success with the Garfield office in Glenwood Springs, CO. In particular, I have dealt with Angie Osbourne on multiple occasions and I find her to be courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I deal with multiple bureaucratic offices in many different states and I have to say that my experiences with Angie and the Garfield office are the exception, not the norm. Keep up the good work!

I showed up for a traffic citation and was accidentally turned away by security(who are always very kind) due to a miss communication about it being an Election Day. I called the county clerk to confirm and they said the information was wrong and had me come in right away. Gen was extremely helpful and took care of everything right then and there. I couldn’t be more grateful to how quickly and kindly they helped me out. I get anxiety about court/clerk interactions but every time I am here, they make things so smooth and easy I wonder why I was ever anxious in the first place, can’t thank them enough for that!
