  This is a review on cps goodhue counties Carolyn Westland and Morgan Price and Pat Ebert of goodhue county probation. My son had some emotional issues from some trauma he went through and I kept calling cps for help. I knew he was out of control and I needed help before something bad happened. They wouldn’t help me. Infact they told me that they would never help me to keep my son. They fabricated lies to have my son taken from my home and placed him in harbor shelter Where they would take my sons hygiene products and showers away as punishment. One day my son was injured at this facility because of their neglect. He was using weight equipment he wasn’t trained to use and which they didn’t monitor while he used it. My son was then denied medical attention for over 12 hours and bullied because he was begging for a doctor. When he was finally allowed a call home. I sent an ambulance to get him help. Come to find out he had a major dislocated shoulder and needed surgery. I ran him to every appointment and they refused to fully compensate for their mess up. The only thing I said they had to do was get him to surgery morning of. Because they moved him a week before surgery to a facility 2 hours away from me and then 2 hours from the hospital. Which pat ebert refused and failed to do. They took my custody 12 hours later claiming my son was in eminent danger of me. Even though he was locked in a facility 2 hours from me. Because my car broke down trying to go get my son to make him to the surgery pat ebert failed to do. Then because I was so stressed out from it all. my heart gave out and I needed open heart surgery to save my life. They allowed my son to see me once during the whole time of when I found out I was dying, through surgery and recovery. For like an hour once. The diagnosis my surgeon gave was broken heart syndrome. In the end their lies were all exposed in court and I won. And now I want the world to know what they did. Watch out they steal babies... and they will make up lies to make it happen thank god they couldn’t get mine but it almost killed me fighting for him. They are also looking at now losing upto 75000 in federal funding because of my sons case and because my son is Native American and goodhue county broke so many laws that the federal government has with the tribes. I hope these ppl lose their jobs for all they did to my son and I. I will not let this rest till justice for my son is served...

  Pretty much my experience is constantly lost paper work, workers who are too lazy to use a computer terminal that's right on front of them, social workers who are never in and never actually answer the phone, who aren't even actual social workers. Tried to file a complaint about their downright carelessness, and they gave me information on how to contact a therapist. Every person in the red wing, MN building shouldn't even have a job with how ruthless they are.

  Goodhue county is horrible and dirty and BEYOND UNETHICAL. Record all phone calls from the start none of them care about abused children cps is a joke well no I was threatened Aug 2019 by a woman wouldn't give her name but stated family she did know...over 20 calls to CPS from then to Jan 2020 with photographs of my baby...goodhue don't care about schools, hospitals or cops I never called again I've had every branch and their friends inform me and my child that we'll never see each other again. Unethical and dirty across the board. Will my child be heard now??? We're prisoners here maybe someone honest will actually contact me to fix the past??? Oh and not crazy, abused for many years by a man and his people just like my child. Every new employee I get I feel hope I believe them when they say "that's not right"😞 No please fix my Grammer it's okay...8 years every single day I was called stupid multiple times a day because I don't know sentence structure 👍 I would love nothing more than to upload some of my calls and photos of my child or her journal entries she only just allowed me to read to upload but again no return phone calls no uploads to the judge SMH dirty.

  100% these people don't know their jobs but 100% promise they can help while leaving out very vital information until they come back the next day revealing what they should have said before promising they were gonna fix your problem. Then it's aww, so sorry 😔 Good luck though!
