Whoever is the women after pressing option 1 - absolutely terrible customer service! I’m sorry if she’s having a bad day… all I did was call in and ask for information pertaining a letter I received for a speeding ticket. She was terribly rude - and even hung up on me after I kept asking if there was anyone who could assist.
