Easy in and out in 10 minutes. Jared was speedy and accomplished everything I needed.

Lost Titles! If you are going in to title a vehicle, request to have the title printed at time of service. They use USPS as their delivery service and if the title is lost in the mail they recommend you get a duplicate title at your expense! An expense you already paid, for a service you never received.

This office never picks up the phone as the should since they are public servants and work for the people. I shouldn’t have to drive across the county to be told I don’t have all of the right paperwork. They need to pick up the phone and do their jobs.

I waited 2.5 hours to talk to an extremely rude woman. She cut me off mid-sentence and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. She did not offer any guidance and spoke in a very brash conceited tone. I understand that I did not have the correct forms, but my situation was not allowing me to obtain them. I was looking for advice, but received absolutely nothing. As I was gathering my stuff to leave she threw out a very sarcastic “good luck.” I have never been treated like such an inconvenience.
