Alicia was awful! Extremely rude and disrespectful.

Samantha, the lady who answerd the phone kept cutting me off and would not let me finish my sentences. I even asked her at one point if I could finish talking and she blatantly told me she did not have to listen to my story. Which had information as to why I was calling. Wow. Even if she could not help me she should have let me finish speaking instead of cutting me off constantly. Really bad customer service on her part. I am really disappointed as I was polite to her and did not receive the same back. I hope I never have to deal with this office again.

We came in at 4:30pm, Monday the 6th, to the County Clerk's Office. They close at 5pm, so we were apologetic for coming in right before they closed. The woman who helped us was so awesome (I didn't catch her name)! She expedited everything, very efficient. And she was friendly and funny, even though we came in right before she was getting off work. She is great at her job! Thank you!

Why on God’s green earth would y’all have the main road going through town torn up in the middle of the summers tourist season. Worse not a single traffic cop in sight. haven’t done anything to the lights to help with the flow of traffic. complete ignorance y’all need to go visit some other places in the country and see how things are done correctly and proactively. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I had an outstanding experience getting my vital record thanks to Christine at the county clerks office. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made what could have been a stressful process quick and seamless. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service, and I truly appreciate her kindness and efficiency.
