I see lots of negative reviews but I personally enjoyed my visit. To start off I had a question about a specific service if they offered it. I called a couple weeks ago and got told no but then everybody I knew was telling me yes. So I called again recently and I got told 'um I dont know let me transfer you.' And when we got transferred it disconnected. So then I called again a few days later and got told yes so i made my appointment. The doctor I had, I cant remember her name but she was a kinda tall, short hair blonde lady, was very nice and answered all my questions and was very thorough explaining everything. My conclusion is that the receptionist dont seem to have their ducks in a row but everyone downstairs is wonderful.

Not good place for birth control. My appointment was 2 months ago. They called me and rescheduled it and never sent me a text of when....I call to ask when is my appointment and they tell me I missed it and had to reschedule it yet again. Not a good place for birth control if you need to stay on it steadily. Get ready to miss a month of bc between visits

If I could give 100 stars I would! Such a wonderful staff all around! Made it a very pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend for many reasons. Elizabeth Collins was our physician and she was super bubbly, kind and made sure to go over everything clear and made sure to answer any and all the questions I had for her! The nurses Kelsey and Haleigh were amazing as well, so kind patient and had me almost forgot I was even in a dr. Office! Than you all so very much we will continue to come here for visits and check ups here on out!

These people do not have a clue what they are doing. Completely waste people's time. Daughter went to het birth control. They told her it would be ready in a few minutes. She goes and then they say it will be a few hours. She told them she had to go to work and asked if her mom could pick it up for her. Did everything that they needed for me to pick it up. I get there and they say oh she has to sign a paper. I asked why they didn't have her sign it when she was there and asked if they needed anything else from her. Finally they said I can take the papers to her and she can sign and bring them back and let me go down stairs to get the BC. I get downstairs and the woman holds her finger up and just keeps talking to the other woman. Then a woman comes out and says "Is she with you?" Then tells me they have to take her blood pressure! She was there that morning, they didn't take her blood pressure??? She told them she had work and couldn't come back which is why I was picking it up! I have never seen such a clueless group of people in a health department. Just WOW!
