Unprofessional & Unreliable I chose Groton to process my passport as it had posted great, flexible hours and convenience of location. Called & checked website to confirm they opened at 8am. WRONG. Got there and was told she would not be there until 8:30am. When she did arrive, she greeted us with a monotone “Yeah” and proceeded to give the worst, unprofessional service with attitude. I ended up going to the Tyngsboro Post Office and I am so glad I did. In the 10 minutes it took to process the passport, I actually got a “Good Morning” and some eye contact without attitude. Not to mention that they actually opened at 9am, as advertised.
