I called the Clerk in Town Hall for a last minute certified birth certificate for a stolen/lost passport. The ladies in the office are awesome. They let me know that I could fed ex them the request with an additional envelope for return expedited shipping. They sent out the certified birth certificate same day they received the written request. Thanks!!!!!
