Will another NYS county clerk please inform the Hamilton County clerk that they are prohibited from charging a fee when someone photographs a public record. Apparently the county clerk hasn't read the statute or can't comprehend it. If the clerk needs funds for operating costs then seek them from the county legislature. Also beware that the public servants working in the public domain may file a "privacy" complaint should you post a recording of a public servant performing their PUBLIC duties. Perhaps it's time for some to seek a private sector job. Alexander Hamilton called and said, "don't do that....". 🤔😅
