During the summer at camp at the lake there in Harper and I noticed Harper doesn't have a Walmart and I noticed the other stores in Harper the food prices are way too high.

It's almost impossible to get anything done through them unless you call months in advance. I'd expect that for a place like Wichita, but this is a rural area that has no excuse (because I got what I needed done in Wichita in two days, when they wanted me to wait 5 MONTHS). They're always rude, and never listen. I had to go in three times to update my license because the lady didn't get my name right, then she was having issues with the computer but didn't bother calling so I still had to come down from a busy day, and the third time she finally got it right but was rude and pushy the whole time. Leaving messages doesn't get anything done, because none of the departments will call you back. And the court is skewed and biased, so hopefully you don't end up there.
