If I could give this place zero stars; I most definitely would. I absolutely dread coming to the Henderson County Clerk's courthouse; to handle any kind of business. The women working there are always rude, hateful, and they are not helpful. Also, I wonder why there isn't any diversity amonst the employees.🤔 I am tired of seeing the same sour, bitter faces every year; when I have to come here to pay my car's property tax. Henderson County Clerk's office is a joke. I am also convinced that the miserable women who work here only stay employed there in order to make others just as miserable as they are. I wish that things would change.

To the lady I talked to about registering my boat trailer. You should quit your job if you hate it so much. Customer service does not suit you, you should have a job that requires 0 human interaction. I think you would be happier. It would also be better for the world in general as no one would have to talk to you.

I don't understand the bad reviews that I've read. I'm pretty new to Kentucky and when I had to go and get my plates for a car recently bought I was helped by a lady named Brittany and she was informative, cordial and professional. She directed me down to have my car inspected by the sheriff's office and the lady there was professional and kind and did her job and then sent me back upstairs to finalize getting my tags. I was never met with rude behavior nor did I see anything of that nature from anyone.. I can understand if folks have an issue with paying taxes as we all do and we can all agree we don't like it but there's no escaping it...lol .. it's definitely not these folks fault as they're just working their positions.. I was happy with the service I received.
