The employees go above and beyond to get you in and out as quickly as possible. If you have a question they either have the answer or do their best to get the answer.

The Clerks don’t know how to talk to no one out of state . Disrespectful and rude . I hope they never get a speed ticket no where . How the got five star . I guess people love rude and disrespectful people .

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They also have a website. You can go there and see what documentation you need in order to do what you are trying to accomplish. Often times, people will show up without the proper documentation and end up leaving empty handed and are just rude and disrespectful to the staff, like it was their choice. The systems they use will only let them progress if they enter the information from the required documentation. Now you know.

An extremely rude woman I spoke with hung up on me, after asking about an ID, I just needed to be pointed in the right direction. I called back to speak with them again, same woman picks up. I ask if I could speak with the manager Shanda, thought she could help me understand things better, plus she's a friend of the family... the woman I talked to said "well she's just going to tell me the same thing!" Then I'm on hold for an extended period of time, finally I hung up. What happened to just plain courtesy?

I drove two hours round trip with a one year old to pay off my property taxes at the Henry County Clerk. When I arrived three women were sitting on their phones and gossiping back and forth. I said I’m here to pay delinquent taxes and they said oh sorry we’re not taking payments of any sort today. I asked how anyone was suppose to know that information and they said they announced it on social media. Girl, WHAT. No one is checking the social media page of the county clerk for announcements. That’s pure incompetence and laziness. Then another woman said, “I think we posted it on the website.” Well, I checked when I left and of course they didn’t. No announcement whatsoever. Henry county needs to do better. Get off your phones and actually do your job.
