Horrible customer service, a man answering calls shouldn’t make it obvious he hates his job and isn’t a people’s person.

Iris (2nd window) wanted to assert her reality and was very condescending. Not a very good experience dealing with her twice. both employees Districts 92 and 93 on A and B were very cold. No customer service here, just state funds but no humility around here just pretentious employees.

I tried to inquire information, but I kept getting transferred to end up at a voicemail saying they're not available and hung up on me. I was hoping to leave my name and number.

No people, came in at 8 in the morning, line to get in to the actual place which is in the courthouse is long due to safety and security concerns

Came and got some marriage+divorce documents for my family in about 30minutes at the county clerk and district clerk. Front desk ladies and clerks at the windows provided pleasant and fast service, I guess the new courthouse helped efficiency. 😆 Ignore bad reviews. Only thing is that there's a $2.50 fee for cards when paying.
