Wasn't a patient.. Needed to use WiFi.. Said. DOH GUEST. I POLITELY ASKED TWICE for the password but they went on to tell me it's only for speakers... Speakers are not Guest... They are Webinars. I was a Guest and was Discriminated because I was on other side of window! Even MC Donalds gives FREE WIFI. It doesn't cost them for me to use and it is offered to you if you can get the password from the little people with power... That place sucks!

they love to play with my daughter formula like it’s a joke, she is on special formula you cannot even buy in any store!! they have messed up my formula/food package many times, i have went to pick up the formula and they said they couldn’t give me the formula because they didn’t have the note that the lady told me on the phone they would have!! they messed up and didn’t give me any purées for 2 months, while i was still pregnant they messed up my food benefits multiple times!! all around they just suck, the people who work on the wic side are rude as can be.

I've called at least a half a dozen times last week. I left 2 messages for patient records and... crickets. I have a simple question about my kids vaccines (when is the 2nd dose due date) that would take only a few minutes to answer. Today is 7 days since I left my 1st message. It's frustrating when a business, especially a health care business, doesn't answer the phone and does not return a call when multiple messages have been left.

Came Tuesday 04/21 to speak to Environmental about water testing and plumbing issues with septic. I was given the information for water testing in Lake Placid. I was told the Environmental Supervisor will call me tomorrow. I never received a call on Wednesday 04/22. I drove all the way from north AP today. Tried calling before leaving. Was told I can drive back to speak with him at 2pm. Let’s see if he calls back.
