Absolutely Horrible. I would give negative stars because even one star is too generous. They simply refused service because they did not want to do the paperwork for a foreign car registration. Also, one of the other workers did one before and refused to do it as well. I had all the paperwork for the imported car from Japan with original export certificate from Japan, translated export certificate in English with a stamp, declaration from the US Department of Transportation, department of Homeland security U.S. customs and border protection entry summary, EPA emissions exemption, and bill of sale. I was told to call new Hampshire state police for a vin verification despite all my official paperwork from the government.
